This interactive training course will cover specific sections of Title 22, with inclusions from Chapter 6, Chaptered 8, and Chaptered Legislation, in relation to licensed care facilities. It will highlight admissions, needs and services plan and modifications, acceptance and retention limitations, restricted health conditions, eviction, mental health intake assessment, client records and registrar, personal rights, postural supports, buildings and grounds, outdoor and indoor activity space, fixtures and furniture, equipment and supplies, client observation, reporting abuse, grievances and complaints, and hospice care.
